Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible because it is not compliant with the Act on the provision of digital services 306/2019.- Navigation
- In the Profile settings, buttons automatically redirect users to external websites without informing users. (WCAG 3.2.3, 3.2.5)
- Visual elements
- Record button on the texting area of Chat has a confusing label text “File, Record audio message”. (WCAG 3.3.2)
Zoom accessibility and supports
To be noticed, CSC Zoom is an On-Prem solution so it doesn’t provide all features as the licensed version of Zoom. In related to web accessibility, CSC Zoom does not support Live Captioning.Zoom supports Keyboard Shortcut for easy navigation to ensure the keyboard accessibility. You can view and edit keyboard shorts cuts through Profile picture -> Settings -> Keyboard shortcuts. Zoom also have an accessibility page that provides more information.
