This accessibility statement applies to the CSC Zoom video conferencing application and https://cscfi.zoom.us/.

Compliance status

CSC Zoom website and the video conferencing application are fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.

Zoom accessibility and supports

Zoom supports Keyboard Shortcuts for easy navigation to ensure the keyboard accessibility. You can view and edit keyboard shorts cuts through Profile picture -> Settings -> Keyboard shortcuts. Zoom also has an accessibility page that provides more information.

CSC Zoom does not support automatic live captioning and AI Companion.

Non-functional settings

CSC Zoom includes some settings that appear in the user interface but do not function. Unfortunately, we cannot hide these settings, which may cause confusion. Some of the non-functional settings can be found below:

• Allow cloud recording sharing
• IP Address Access Control
• Require users to authenticate before viewing cloud recordings
• Set recording as on-demand by default
• Require passcode to access shared cloud recordings
• Viewers can see the transcript
• Viewers can see the chat
• Delete cloud recordings after a specified number of days
• The host can delete cloud recordings
• When the cloud recording is going to be permanently deleted from trash

Cloud recordings are stored separately and do not appear on the web portal, but users receive an email notification.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on the 1st of December 2021. It is based on an assessment carried out by self-assessment of the application’s compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
This statement was last reviewed and updated on the 7th of March, 2025.
